Outline of operation

Sorts fed workpieces based on the product inspection data. Sorts them according to inspection data, characteristics (weight, size, material, etc), barcode, lot, etc. and arranges them at the predetermined positions. This system has two processing methods: batch method where inspection data is received as a package for processing and online method where each workpiece is processed while being inspected.

Mounts a workpiece fed from the parts feeder at a high speed. Use of a SCARA Robot allows a workpiece to be mounted in any orientation. Additionally attach a hopper to the parts feeder enables long-time continuously operation. It is also possible to replace the parts feeder with a tray or magazine, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of system construction.

This system performs sorting of workpieces based on inspection data.
It sorts workpieces according to inspection data such characteristics as weight, size, material, bar-code reading, or lot number, by placing each workpieces at the predetermined positions.
This system can have two possible processing methods; batch method, where inspection data is received as a batch, or online method, where each workpiece is processed after being inspected.
