Improved design for use in a factory automation (FA) system, this highly efficient machine series is equipped with such features as a compactly built and highly reliable composite type mold clamping unit for great space savings, the injection controller - ultimate in simplified machine operation, faster mold opening and closing speeds, and a mold changing system for high cycle operations.

  • Standard features of the highly advanced process controller includes functions as a monitoring device, a panel which allows the confirmation of all molding conditions at a single glance and a large memory capacity of molding conditions.
  • Dramatic decrease in dry cycle time due to greater mold opening/closing speed, a time loss prevention system resulting from the locking and unlocking of the halfnuts during mold opening/closing and a special brake circuit.
  • Drastic energy-saving is made possible by the use of our original HYDROMATCH SYSTEM which increases the energy of the hydraulic system.
