Child care and family care leave system

We provide our employees with a variety of support so that they can engage in child care and family care without worry.

Childbirth leave, extended leave for childcare, nursing care leave, extended leave for family care, family care leave, and shorter work hours

Promotion of planning and taking annual paid leave We encourage our employees to take annual paid leave according to their plan, by, for example, introducing a system of taking leave on a memorable day (birthday) as well as a system that allows taking half-day leave, and leave for 3 consecutive days (or for 2 consecutive days twice at different times) at any time they desire.
Accumulated reserve leave A system for using accumulated paid leave for long-term recuperation, self-enlightment or volunteer activities
Setting a contact point for harassment issues We have a contact point for consultation on harassment issues and provide education to prevent harassments in order to create comfortable workplaces free from any harassment acts (sexual, power or whatever).
Registration at public entities in relation to gender equality In Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture where our head office is located, our company is registered at the Office of declaration to create society of gender equality (Shizuoka Prefecture) and the gender equality promotion office (Numazu City).
