Promotion of planning and taking annual paid leave | We encourage our employees to take annual paid leave according to their plan, by, for example, introducing a system of taking leave on a memorable day (birthday) as well as a system that allows taking half-day leave, and leave for 3 consecutive days (or for 2 consecutive days twice at different times) at any time they desire. |
