High productivity
High plasticization rate screw ESB
Based on our plasticizing technology, we have developed a new ESB screw that achieves high plasticization rate.
This screw features a long sub-flight design with L/D of 24.
Capable of high peripheral speeds of 50 m/min, the screw can reduce plasticizing time by 50% compared to conventional screws.
High dispersion element cross ring (option)
High dispersion elements and cross rings contribute to improve color dispersion.
Color dispersion performance is equivalent to that of mixing nozzles, and purging pressure can be reduced by 57% compared to mixing nozzles.
This ESB screw and cross ring enables stable plasticization of large volumes of resin in a short time
Contribute to the improvement of production capacity.

Shortened dry cycle time
The movable platen linear guide support structure adopted from the EC-SX series has been used to shorten the mold opening and closing time.
The machine achieves the industry's fastest dry cycle by speeding up the mold open/close operation and accurately controlling acceleration and deceleration, and its bushingless tie-bar structure realizes clean mold open/close.
Compared to competitors, molds can be closed more than 1.0 second faster, making it the fastest dry cycle in the industry.
Reduced mold change time
Link housing Linear guide support structure and servo motor drive, speed up mold thickness adjustment operation during mold change.
The graph below shows the effect of reducing mold thickness adjustment time.
Long mold change time has been a disadvantage of toggle-type clamping systems. Mold change time has been reduced by 57% and contributes to improved molding machine utilization.

Servo amplifier commonization
By dividing the conventional large-capacity amplifier into multiple parts, it can be shared with the amplifiers of our smaller machines, making spare parts inexpensive and readily available, improving maintainability.

The sliding section of the movable platen is supported by linear guides and bushingless tie bar structure,
The straight travel performance of the movable platen is improved, and maintenance due to wear of the conventional bushings, wear strips are no longer required, which contributes to longer mold life.

Compared to conventional hydraulic injection molding machines, the EC3000SXⅢ consumes 70% less power.
The annual electricity cost can be reduced by 6.6 million yen, or 147 tons of CO2 emissions yearly.
By reducing power consumption, it can contribute to a decarbonized society.
Hydraulic fluid reduction
Compared to our hydraulic machines (IS3000DF: 4200ℓ, IS2500DF: 3700ℓ) EC3000SXⅢ / EC2500SXⅢ can be reduced by about 98% to 100ℓ.

Cooling water reduction
